1.首先可程式高低溫箱內壁應使用耐熱不易氧化和具有一定機械強度的材料制造。應無影響試驗的污染源。

2.保溫材料應能耐高溫并具有阻燃性能。保溫層應有足夠的厚度，能保證試驗箱外部已觸及部位的溫度在高溫試驗時不高于50℃，在低溫試驗及環境溫度為15℃~35℃、相對濕度≤85%時不應有凝露現象。

附：可程式高低溫箱安全和環境保護要求：

（1）.接線端子對箱體金屬外殼之間的絕緣電阻值應滿足：冷態2MΩ以上，熱態1MΩ以上(用500V，準確度為1.0級兆歐表測量)，并能承受50Hz交流電壓1500V、施壓時間5s耐電壓試驗。

（3）.應有超溫、過電流、缺水等保護及報警裝置。

（4）.整機噪聲應不高于80dB(A)。
