多試樣橡膠低溫脆性試驗(yàn)機(jī)的試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

1.規(guī)格

試樣的長(zhǎng)為25.0±0.5mm，寬為6.0±0.5mm，厚為2.0±0.3mm。

2.要求

試樣的表面應(yīng)光滑，無外來雜質(zhì)及損傷。成品應(yīng)經(jīng)打磨后裁制成相應(yīng)尺寸。

多試樣橡膠低溫脆性試驗(yàn)機(jī)的使用方法:

1.接通電源，溫控儀和計(jì)時(shí)器顯示燈亮。

2.向冷井中注入冷凍介質(zhì)（一般為工業(yè)乙醇），其注入量應(yīng)保證夾持器的下端到液面的距離為75±10mm。

3.將試樣垂直夾在夾持器上。夾的不宜過緊或過松，以防止試樣變形或脫落。

4.達(dá)到試驗(yàn)溫度后，按下啟動(dòng)按鈕，試驗(yàn)機(jī)自動(dòng)工作（按下夾持器，開始冷凍試樣，同時(shí)啟動(dòng)時(shí)序控制開關(guān)或按動(dòng)秒表計(jì)時(shí)。試樣冷凍時(shí)間規(guī)定為3.0±0.5min。試樣冷凍期間，冷凍介質(zhì)溫度波動(dòng)不得超過±1℃）

5.取下試樣，將試樣按沖擊方向彎曲成180°，仔細(xì)觀察有無破壞。

6.試樣經(jīng)沖擊后（每個(gè)試樣只準(zhǔn)沖擊一次），如出現(xiàn)破壞時(shí)，應(yīng)提高冷凍介質(zhì)的溫度，否則降低其溫度，繼續(xù)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。

7.溫度調(diào)節(jié)方法：

a、按set鍵，溫控儀進(jìn)入設(shè)置狀態(tài)

b、按“＜”鍵移動(dòng)到要設(shè)置的位置

c、按“∧”鍵調(diào)整溫度

d、按“set”鍵確定

通過反復(fù)試驗(yàn)，確定至少有兩個(gè)試樣不破壞的低溫度和至少一個(gè)試樣破壞的gao溫度，如這兩個(gè)結(jié)果相差不大于1℃時(shí)，即試驗(yàn)結(jié)束。

儀器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：本儀器是根據(jù)GB1682標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)的，各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)符合HG 2-162-1965塑料低溫沖擊壓縮試驗(yàn)方法和GB5470-2008 塑料沖擊脆化溫度試驗(yàn)方法等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。

Instrument standards:The instrument is designed according to GB1682 national standard. The technical indexes meet the requirements of HG 2-162-1965 low temperature impact compression test method and GB5470-2008 plastic impact embrittlement temperature test method.

Structural principle：A. The equipment consists of the main body of the refrigeration compressor, heating device, electronic control box, cooling tank, cooling medium circulation system and automatic alarm device. After starting the refrigeration switch, the compressor starts to work and the refrigeration system enters the formal working state. The refrigeration compressor works continuously. When approaching the set temperature, the heating device in the cooling tank begins to provide heat proportionally to balance the excess cold generated by the refrigeration system in order to achieve the goal of constant temperature. Stirring can make the cooling medium in the cooling tank circulate continuously and make the temperature uniform.   B. Sample holder      Four specimens (rubber) are clamped on one side and fifteen specimens (plastic) are clamped on the other.    C. Impulse Device     The impact device consists of an impact hammer and a self-locking mechanism.      D. impactor    The radius of the impact head is 1.6 + 0.1 mm.  When impacting, the gap between the impacting head and the sample holder is 6.4 + 0.3 mm.     The distance between the center line of the impact head and the sample holder is 8 +0.3mm.

特點(diǎn)及用途:低溫脆性試驗(yàn)機(jī)是測(cè)定材料在規(guī)定條件下試樣受沖擊出現(xiàn)破壞時(shí)的高溫度，即為脆性溫度，可以對(duì)塑料及其他彈性材料在低溫條件下的使用性能作比較性鑒定。可以測(cè)定不同橡膠材料或不同配方的硫化橡膠的脆性溫度和低溫性能的優(yōu)劣。因此無論在科學(xué)研究材料及其制品的質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)，生產(chǎn)過程的控制等方面均是的。

適用行業(yè)：可以用來考核和確定電工、電子、汽車電器、材料等產(chǎn)品，在低溫環(huán)境條件下貯存和使用的適應(yīng)性，適用于學(xué)校，工廠，，研位，等單位。

Usage: 1. Switch on the power supply, the temperature controller and the timer display light are on. 2. To inject refrigerant (industrial ethanol) into the cold well, the injection quantity should ensure that the distance from the lower end of the clamp to the liquid level is 75 +10 mm. 3. Hold the sample vertically on the clamp. The clamp should not be too tight or loose to prevent the specimen from deforming or falling off. 4. Press the gripper and start to freeze the sample. At the same time, start the timing control switch (or press the stopwatch) to time. The freezing time of the sample is 3.0 +0.5 min. During the freezing period of the sample, the temperature fluctuation of the refrigerant must not exceed (+1 C). 5. Lift the lifting clamp so that the impactor impacts the specimen in half a second. 6. Take down the sample and bend it to 180 degrees in the direction of impact. Carefully observe whether there is any damage. 7. After impact (each specimen is allowed to impact only once), if damage occurs, the temperature of the refrigerant should be increased, otherwise the temperature of the refrigerant should be lowered and the test should be continued. Temperature, if the difference between the two results is not more than 1 C, is the end of the test.  

Notes 1. The cooling cycle should not be cut off during the test, otherwise the cooling effect will be produced. 2. The cylinder pressure has been adjusted before leaving the factory and can not be changed arbitrarily.

Characteristic and application: Low temperature brittleness testing machine is used to determine the highest temperature of the sample when it is damaged by impact under specified conditions, that is, brittleness temperature. It can be used to compare the performance of plastics and other elastic materials under low temperature conditions. The brittleness temperature and low temperature properties of vulcanized rubber with different rubber materials or formulations can be determined. Therefore, it is indispensable not only in the quality inspection of scientific research materials and products, but also in the control of production process.

注意事項(xiàng) 1在試驗(yàn)過程中不能切斷冷卻循環(huán)，否則會(huì)產(chǎn)生不制冷的效果。 2氣缸壓力在出廠前已調(diào)節(jié)好，不能任意變動(dòng)。

結(jié)構(gòu)原理

1. 升降夾持器

升降夾持器由帶有夾持器的氣缸和氣缸座組成。

從試樣受沖擊部位，到夾持器下端的距離為11.0±0.5mm。

2.沖擊裝置

沖擊裝置由沖擊器和沖擊氣缸組成。

3.沖擊器

沖擊器頭部形狀和尺寸如實(shí)物所示。沖擊器的重量為200±20g，其工作行程為40±1mm。沖擊氣缸在復(fù)位狀態(tài)下，沖擊器端部到試樣的距離為25±1mm。

4.冷凍介質(zhì)：工業(yè)乙醇

5.本測(cè)定儀器采用壓縮機(jī)直接致冷.不需要冷卻循環(huán)水。
